Passive, high-conductivity heat transport — over distance, in any orientation.
A Heatpipe is a "two phase" heat transfer mechanism with extremely high "effective" thermal conductivity. A thin walled pipe with an internal wick structure allows boiling and condensing of the working fluid to occur within the pipe resulting in heat transfer from the hot end to the cooled end. Small volumes of liquid evaporate at the hot end, even at low temperatures due to the vacuum inside the pipe, and condense on reaching the cooled end, giving up its latent heat. The condensed liquid then wicks its way back to the hot end by capillary action and/or gravity and the cycle repeats.

Custom bends, end-forms and flattened profiles to route heat around components and connectors.

Heat pipes bonded into aluminium bases and fin stacks as complete cooling modules.

Pipes soldered or press-fit into extruded or machined bases for high heat spreading.

Multi-pipe assemblies engineered around your component layout and airflow.
Two-phase heat transport that easily outperforms solid copper.
No pumps, no moving parts and no maintenance — proven long service life.
Round, flattened, bent and shaped heat pipes to route heat wherever it needs to go.
Heat pipes embedded into heat sink bases, cold plates and vapour chambers for optimised performance.
Sealed copper construction suitable for demanding environments.
Formed and shaped to fit inside your enclosure — no off-the-shelf compromise.
We work with OEMs and research teams across the most demanding sectors — engineering thermal solutions that hold up in the field.
Every application is different. Share your specification and our engineers will recommend the right approach — from a standard product to a fully bespoke design.
