1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of the cTech Ltd website and the purchase of goods and services from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
2. About us
cTech Ltd is a UK-based supplier of precision thermal management solutions, including thermoelectric coolers, heat sinks, heat pipes, vapour chambers, liquid cold plates, water chillers and thermal interface materials. For order enquiries, please use the contact details on our Contact page.
3. Use of our website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that breaches applicable local, national or international law, or in any manner that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe terms are being breached.
4. Quotations and orders
Quotations provided by cTech are valid for the period stated in the quotation or, where no period is stated, for 30 days from the date of issue. An order constitutes an offer to purchase goods or services subject to these terms and our acceptance. We will confirm acceptance in writing or by fulfilling the order.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted in Pound Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise agreed. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT, delivery and packaging. Payment terms will be set out in our quotation or invoice. We reserve the right to adjust prices to reflect changes in specifications, quantities or delivery arrangements requested by the customer.
6. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates and time is not of the essence unless expressly agreed in writing. Risk in the goods passes on delivery. We will use reasonable endeavours to meet delivery times but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Custom and bespoke products
Many of our thermal management products are customised or made to customer specifications. Orders for bespoke or custom-made items cannot be cancelled or returned once production has commenced, except where the goods are defective or do not conform to the agreed specification.
8. Warranties and liability
We warrant that our products will be free from material defects in manufacture at the time of delivery. Our liability for any claim arising from defective products is limited, at our option, to replacement, repair or refund of the price paid. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss unless required by applicable law.
9. Returns and cancellations
Standard catalogue products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition and packaging. Custom-made, modified or special-order products are non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly supplied. Cancellations must be agreed in writing and may be subject to charges.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, drawings, data and technical information, is the property of cTech Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.
11. Confidentiality and data
Any technical drawings, specifications or commercial information supplied by either party shall be kept confidential and used only for the purpose for which it was provided. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising under these terms.
