The simplest way to make a Custom Pressed in Tube liquid cold plate is to press a tube, copper or stainless steel, into a pre-machined slot in the cold plate.

The tube can be pressed in “dry” or secured using thermally conductive epoxy or even soldered.

The tube can be exposed providing close contact between the flow path and the heat dissipating component.
